1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BumperClub ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Orders

• All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability or pricing errors.
• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Custom AI-generated stickers may require additional processing time.
• Free shipping is available on orders over $25 within the continental United States.

3. Custom AI Sticker Service

• AI-generated sticker previews are provided free of charge, with a daily limit of 20 generations per user.
• You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process the image for sticker generation.
• Generated sticker art is created using AI and may not perfectly replicate your pet's appearance. Preview images are provided before purchase so you can verify the design.
• Due to the custom nature of AI-generated stickers, refunds are only available for printing defects or damaged products.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images that you do not have the right to use.
• Upload images containing offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Site or generate stickers.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or other security measures.
• Resell AI-generated designs without purchasing the corresponding sticker products.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including premade sticker designs, logos, text, and graphics, is the property of BumperClub and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Premade sticker packs may be returned within 30 days if unopened and in original condition.
• Custom AI-generated stickers are non-refundable unless there is a printing defect or shipping damage.
• To request a return or report a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
• Replacement stickers will be shipped at no additional cost for verified defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

BumperClub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product at issue.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
